I can't update to the last version released today. I'm running as a service and when I start BI it checks and identifies the latest update is available but when I click to update is does nothing. In the status bar it says downloading 0k/0k. Is anyone else having the same issue or is it just me?
Auto updates no longer work

Though I've been on "All available major and minor updates" for many months, BI here is running on Release 5.3.7.12 x64 (05/01/2021), which my BI PC appears to be stuck on. I'm not sure why BI hasn't already updated to at least 5.3.9.17 (26/03/2021), billed as the "latest critical or highly stable update".
Recently I was revisiting this section of global Settings with a view to exploring the advantage of having DeepStack enabled, so a few days ago I selected "Install latest update available 5.4.3.11 (20/04/2021) yet I'm still on Release 5.3.7.12 x64 (05/01/2021). Surely BI can't have pulled all the updates since 05/01/2021?
Nothing I select in updates is being delivered, though I occasionally get a message that it's been downloaded, but that was days ago.
My current subscription with BI ends in October 2021.
Edit 1: Last night I manually downloaded 5.3.9.17 (26/03/2021) which Is now installed and running. I wasn't sure if there was a registration issue in global settings, I noticed they were blank and there seemed to be an error message in the log, so Name and Email completed.
Edit 2: Just noticed this morning it has auto updated to Release 5.4.12 x64 (25/04/2021) which is what I was wanting. It gives me now an opportunity to explore DeepStack.
So I'm not 100% sure why I was stuck on the 5th January 2021 release, perhaps a registration issue here, perhaps the manual download helped too.
