So I need this firmware IPNC_S2l2.0.1_build201607221508.

But the question is, How can I use this firmware upload.
Batchcontrol can not find my camera.
If I want to upload the firmware through the camera.
I get determine the upgrade. upgrade fail.
Can anyone tell me what I do wrong
Here's user manual for mini IP PTZ camera.See page 14 for firmware updates.

Try with another PC.
IP Camera be connected via a router, not directly to PC.

In Internet Explorer should be able to make firmware updates.

on internet explorer
determine the upgrade.
upgrade failed.
What am I doing wrong. or does the camera locked for an upgrade.

On the uc software I have tried.
but then he is still on 0% upgrade and doesn't do anything.

I have given the camera a reset
the SADPTOOL find the camera as well. but I can not login with admin.
12345.123456.

Or should I use the original software cd of the camera.
Because then I have a problem. that is broken

If you're not logged in as an admin can not do firmware updates.
This is because you can not update.
You have to log in as admin, and everything will be ok.

If you did reset the IP address 192.168.0.99 cam has now.
The router must have the address 192.168.0.1 to be in the same network..If is visible in SADP ip cam, can change ip address, to be in the same network router.
After reset ip cam should have admin and admin pass.
Well read user manual.

Everything you have explained is true exactly.
He sits in the same network. but it's just not gonna work.

User,s manual I have is for a v 3.1. There is nothing in about upgrading or network.
I have a v2.4.4

I think I've found the problem.
My gateway has a static ip 192.168.2.xxx.
Camera ip 192.168.0.99.
Can this be the problem.,, I've also done port forwarding IPv4.
But the Batchcontrol Exe. does not find the camera

In SADP, you can change the ip address ip cam.
put 192.168.2.99 for IP cam with SADP
