Audio sync is out by a few seconds

Just noticed that on my Dahua 5231-ze cams the audio is out by a few seconds, so my wife arrives, parks on the driveway opens and close the car door and door clunk is delayed by a few seconds.

Anybody else notice something similar or know how fix?

Running 5.3.0.3 BI, cams are running at 15fps, h264 with HA on an i5-6500. I am running substreams which I do run at 10fps, might switch that over to 15 to see if that fixes things.

Record direct to disk and the audio is left at whatever the default is.

Same here with a couple seconds delay in audio on my front door 5231.

Changed the substreams to match the main stream, so 15fps and that didn’t resolve the issue, still delayed by roughly around a second.

Going to knock substreams off 1 cam and see if that resolves it.

Looks like the delay is only when accessing clip using the IOS mobile app, checking the clip on the BI machine itself and there's only a slight mismatch.
