Tiger direct had them on sale and I can walk in and not pay shipping or wait. I thought the swans were made by hikvision, but the closest I could find was this:

I could find no 1MP hikvision branded camera that looked like the swann, only the Onvif.
 
Its hard to tell, we know the 3mp swanns are made by hikvision, but the 720p maybe..who knows...the "onvif" you linked to is not a direct match either...and looks more like a dahua...
also the camera is not POE capable http://www.swann.com/us/swnhd-806cam
and the spec says its only compatible with specific NVR's, this may be one of their proprietary models...

hmmm.... on the box in the store it says POE. I wonder why it's not on their site. I wonder if I open it I can return it!
 
Ugh... and of course the sale is off and the new sale is $30 rebate via the mail which I hate!
 
Thanks fenderman. I went ahead and picked up a DS-2CD2032-I from aliexpress. Seems to be the highly recommended camera.
