anyone notice 4.4.9.6 delete there video files?

i have a 2tb drive recording with max set to about 1.5tb noticed around 4-6am the hard drive working hella hard just noticed the video files are gone
 
ended up rolling back to 4.3.9.6
when i checked diskspace it was all messed up thats what happen it was only keeping like 100gigs or so and deleting
