for my dahua products, normally unplugging or powering off-an-on again, will reset the unit back to unlock. Which brand you are using?
What would I need to do over there? Do you think it has anything to do with the IP address? It’s a 16 camera system and only one camera is working right now
used long time ago, but basically it will allow you to edit some network parameters (your hik product), regarding resetting password, changing ip, and configure in general. After downloading the program, a pdf is included with instructions
you may also check the firmware installed (listed as firmware version on the tool) at all cameras. Sometimes updating the firmware could help.
