Any NVR with vehicle/human detection under $300?

My NVR with built in AI processing is less than 15w
15W is incredible for so much. AI is done on custom ASIC?
I frankly forgot about energy but that was a reason for not deploying this mellanox threadipper server I still have sitting as spare parts. The chips alone is 50W idle. Add some AI + video decoding on core and you get lolz Watts

It's only one chip in there.... it probably a CPU + GPU combination.
Yes, spec sheet says 15w for the NVR itself.

Get a real computer LOL like a used i5-8500 for $150ish instead of a low budget toy N5105 :lmao:
This weekend I ran 200 feet of cat6 to the workshop, I might revive the aforementioned threadripper and use it as media server/central heater :headbang:
Anyone wants to buy one 100gbe Mellanox ConnectX-4 CX455A? It's set to ethernet mode.

Hardware platform is dahua so with some luck the dahua NVR will get the humans trigger... 2 more hardware NVR then It's noodle time!
get a license of BI and either
revive the threadripper

or buy another machine

I think im running 23 cameras on the i5-8500....back at the Condo....where i no longer work.....with 2 WD drives splitting the write load.

and at home i got 10 cams on an i7-8700 at 1%-2% CPU with Codeproject enabled on 3 cams,,,,in GPU mode. ( Nvidia 1060 GTX) <---space heater/ My regular space heater barely runs now when I shut my door...:)
