Thanks priority, that was the exact link I used the other day. There is a video of shorting out the 4th from right pin to com and then powering up alarm to bypass installer code and reprogram your own. It worked and I never lost my programming. It took two people however since my keypads where upstairs and had to short the board downstairs. here is the link.
