It is a ptz ip camera with 20 optic zoom.IPC-E2A5Z18-W-TY .PNG
WZ500 - 5MP PTZ WiFi Security Camera, 20X Optical Zoom, Two-Way Audio, 328 ft Infrared Night Vision, AI Human Detection & Auto Tracking, Support RTSP & ONVIF- from annke, but they don't have firmware for it on their website download.
Does anyone have firmware for this?
 
Annke cameras are usually on hikvision OEM
this one doesn't look like hikvision (I regretted that I made an order, the web interface looks like a cheap Chinese camera)
Annke reluctant to share firmware.

Why are you wanting to update the firmware?
You should only do so, if you are having a problem that you hope updating may fix.
Other wise, if it's not broke, don't fix it.
That does not appear to be a Hik cam.

The ip camera restarts many times and does not always return to the initial position, I cannot download the files from the sd card. Annke refuses to send me the firmware.Annke I51ck.PNG
 
Why do you need tailoring? She you actual is worth, from 23 year. if the camera is defective, return it to the seller.

when you connected the camera, the firmware was offered to you, so what you want is not entirely clear.

It is better not to buy this camera, the temperature of the camera in the area of infrared illumination is such that the hand holds no more than 4 seconds, it is very hot.

works through the native application
maybe someone knows how to fix it
