honestly i've moved from the stock annke firmware to the hikvision one only because with the annke the onvif page miss the users list so i can't use onvif. it's a known bug and the solution is downgrade the annke firmware but their support Is lacking and i don't know were to find the firmwares...

you flashed the camera with third-party firmware, do you think that they will provide you with support in restoring it?
If you don't understand firmware, it's better not to do this.

Does anyone know where to get original Annke firmware from (V5.7.10 build 230608 / C-R-G5-0)?
I have a model I91DX, I flashed the hikvision firmware (IPCE_P_G5_EN_STD_5.7.11_230406 / B-R-G5-0) but actually lost the max resolution. Only getting 6MP instead of 8MP now.

anyone got the NC500 firmware? I need to go back from the hikvision to the stock one as i've lost some resolution with the hikvision firmware.

I have the firmware, but it will not help you, you cannot downgrade the firmware from high to low. only firmware via UART will help you, information is in the topic.

Have just bought an i91dx - now the Aliexpress wait...
I have a Hik DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL (looks the same as the Annke i91), and also an Annke i51dx. The Annke has only onvif compatibility in NX witness, but the Hik has full recognition of the Hik analytics. If the i91 would take the Hik FW then NX would take alarms from it. Sounds like no one has been successful in getting Hik fw on the Annke?

What files did you flash to camera and did you lose the higher rate resolution? I can only seem to find 5.7.0 for the G6 camera
