Yep. And if I can profile for a minute here, the biker:

• is a vegetarian
• hasn't had his latte at Starbucks yet
• his EV wasn't fully charged this morning
• his partner hadn't had HIS Starbuck's either
• has no respect for almost deaf elderly men that are curious about the construction but has poor judgment about situational awareness

I can say this by his body language and speaking as an old man who has little patience for mean and nosey people : if he had gotten much closer to me like that he'd likely get popped in the snot locker and would discover how the Biden bike dismount works.
