Android app connection issues

trying to connect to BI from my phone.. comes up can not reach server but my router is set to correct ip address and is also set to DMZ for correct ip address... no firewalls set but still same issue... any help would be great.. thx

could be a bunch of things..
first, dont use dmz.
second, check your ports and ip addresses. confirm its properly forwarded. canyouseeme.org

Your ISP is not blocking port 80

Ips are all ok

I can connect fine by LAN but from out side my network i cant connect..

What service is running on port 80? Webserver? It could be womsometh other than bi...

Changing the port worked.. thx for that... i found some upnp device was also set to port 80 so i expect thats whats been stopping it from working.. think its one of my cameras but all is good now.. thx for the tips.. case closed

Disable UPnP on your router ...it's a security risk...
