All clips playing back in sub-stream... why?

I deleted/regenerated my database after some pretty hideous crashing today and now most of the clips on UI3 playback in sub-stream only. Live streams start off as sub, but them quickly jump to main. Is there a setting that may be forcing sub-stream playback?

Interestingly, those that play full quality have a little speaker icon next to them, and those that don't have the icon are playing back in sub-stream...



FWIW, the console plays them fine, so I'm wondering if I shouldn't post this over at the UI3 thread for @bp2008 for input.

Hmm... Blue Iris console has an option to use the sub stream for clip playback, but that doesn't affect UI3. And I did not add any such setting to UI3.

Damn, I didn't put the resolution of the clip into the clip properties panel. I bet BI is mistakenly reporting the clip's native resolution as being 848x480, so UI3 is only requesting video up to that resolution, and therefore receiving the sub stream. You probably need to complain to Ken about it.
