The camera will show that it's being alerted when triggered with motion as I've set it up. The red box will be around the camera and the clip will show up in the sidebar on the alerts. The clip will stay there for about a minute then disappear. I'm sure there's some setting I have messed up. Any ideas?

Are you running DeepStack?

It sounds like you are running DeepStack and have it said to not show triggers that were not confirmed in the alerts and timeline.

I am running DeepStack.

I have the box checked the box "Fire on alert and on reset actions only when confirmed" if that's what you mean. But I'll show a car at 93% and it'll still be gone in a few seconds.

Strange. For kicks try the Burn label markup and see if they show up - maybe you have a glitch?

Or try the ole delete the camera and re-add.

I did it and it does burn/highlight the label in the alert section and then it deletes it as before. Might try to delete the camera and re-add.

Well, I deleted and re-added and it's still doing it. I turned DeepStack off on the camera and it's still doing it.

There's got to be some setting somewhere that I'm overlooking that is doing it.

Check the alerts storage set up - is it too small in time or storage?

Looking at that now.

Just to confirm, if I have continuous+alerts, this is telling me that both continuous recording and alerts recording is stored in the Y-Storage disk?

Okay, storage seemed to be the issue. I deleted all the files older than 6 months and it seemed to have worked.

So I have another issue. I have an alerts file that is storing jpegs from this one camera. Why is it only storing images from this one camera?

ETA: Disreguard...it seems like a repair database took care of the issue.

Thanks for all the help @wittaj
