Alerts play unrelated clips

I have an issue that has popped up that I noticed about a week ago. When I review my Alerts, there are certain alerts that indicate an event at a certain time but when I click to play the recording it shows a clip from a different time frame. Also I can hover over the alert which triggered the event but it instantly starts displaying an unrelated clip. I have tried Delete/Regenerate database as well as reindex and nothing has helped. Hoping someone might have a suggestion to fix the issue. I am on latest V. 5.0 Blue Iris and latest Codeproject AI as well.

I am having a similar issue, but not because of the version. I am still using 5.7.1.3. I was trying to convert an MKV file to MP4 and the computer locked up. Once I rebooted, my alerts stop posting. Motion is triggering as before and all cameras are recording, but nothing to the alerts list. I rebuilt the database and still nothing. Don't mean to hijack this thread, but I really don't understand how to fix this.

Are you trying to play back the clip at normal speed, or a higher speed? On the newer releases in particular I usually see playback start at the wrong time if I'm trying to play back a clip faster than 2x speed.

Normal speed here too.

I haven't heard back from Ken at Blue Iris yet.

If you are having this same problem, please email Ken at support at Blue Iris and let him know.
