I've racked my brain and I'm sure it is something simple but 1 day last week all my alerts quit showing up on my BI iphone app so I went to the terminal where the software is installed and they are not showing up there either. They usually appear on the left side of the split screen. I see them in the Alert Folder but they are not showing up anywhere else.........what am I doing wrong?
Now, when one is triggered, it shows up on the left side of the screen plugged into the terminal but then it goes away, I raised the size limit on the thumbnail and the alerts are still not showing up. Any help would be appreciated.
