Alerts broken

I recently moved to a new server and for some reason i cannot get my alerts to work like they were. I only have it set to person detection. Before when a camera alerted it would say something like person %80 and the cam name. Now I the alert with the person %. I am using this as the alert body. I dont need the cam name as i added it to the alert title. I have searched and searched, any help is greatly appreciated.

Does the AI result display correctly in the BI console under confirmed alerts?

it doe not. just says motion A.

Check your CPAI console for errors and make sure that the AI server is running properly
