Alerts are no longer showing in any of the phone apps

We have a mix of Android and Apple phones at our home and recently the alert clips are no longer showing next to the individual camera video outputs on any of the phones and there is no indication of any alerts showing. They are showing on the BI server just fine and on UI3. I am able to watch the live view and pause the camera recordings on all phones, so it would appear that they are set up correctly and the fault is likely at the server end .

Things I have tried so far: I had been running v.5.8.4.5 and I updated to the latest stable version v.5.9.4.11 and I have ran the database delete & regenerate. I'm not sure what to try next, can anyone help?
 
Do also have no alerts showing on the device app’s ‘Alerts’ tab (lightning bolt icon)? If so, confirm that ‘View clips’ is enabled for each user in the Settings > Users tab.

On the device app’s ‘Cameras’ tab, alerts will appear to the right only if they occurred during the currently recording clip. Inspect the list of stats between the camera stream image and the latest alert clip slot. Does the list show ‘Alerts: 0’. If so, this why.

Apologies for the delay in replying, we've had some family emergencies and this got forgotten about.
View clips is enabled for all users
On the phone app, I have a set of clips for only 1 camera showing now and that was from 6 weeks ago. The same is true in the Alerts tab. Nothing is showing since 6 weeks. The alerts are showing on Blue Iris PC software and that is working fine. Alerts are also showing in UI3
