Alert video file mp4 doesn't play

I am very new to Blue Iris software. I setup 4 Dahua cameras with Blue Iris. When ever I get video file in mp4 format. Video that I receive through alert doesn't play on any mobile or computer.

Looks like I am missing some configuration. Any help

Welcome to the forum. You need to install the klite mp4 codec...http://blueirissoftware.com/third-party-software/
That said, BVR is more efficient and will allow you to view video while the clip is still being recorded..
