AHD PTZ cam to IP (onvif)?

What is the cheapest option to connect an existing BNC PTZ cam to (dahua) NVR? It's 1080p, and I want to be able to control the PTZ from the NVR.

I found some axis video servers (e.g. 241s, 2400), but they do not seem to support 1080p.

you would need an ahd nvr...forget it...try to sell it for whatever you can get for it and move on..
