After upgrade firmware to Hikivison NVR, don't get emails

Hi,
Yesterday I update my HIkvisioin NVR DS-7608NI-E2 / 8P, to V3.4.0 build 150929,
And I don't get emails anymore.
Before the update, I got emails.

Email notification seems to be broken in 3.4.0. It does seem to work in 3.3.4 and 3.4.2.

So,
the best option is do to upgrade?
Or another way to get notifictions?

From where I get the 3.4.2 version ?
My NVR isn't chinese version.

Now it's even send photos in email,
I have 2 questions:
1. How I do that it'll send high quality images in email? (It's possible)
2. what's the different between the hikvision.com site and hikvision europe ?
In the hikvision.com site v3.4.0 the latest firmware.

I'm running 3.4.0 so I don't know about #1 as I don't have emails working

As for #2, the HV European site just seems to always be first with new FW releases, HV USA doesn't seem as aggressive when offering newer FW.
