I ask because I made some questions to them (some a bit technical, I admit) but I received no answer after 15 days... I think, even some questions you don't know how to answer, you could simply say that, it's still a feedback!
So, what should I do? Let's buy anyway?

those models don't have a plastic box: do you know where to buy one that fits those models? (It was one of my questions also...)
