Nayr, the tracing in your camera is awesome, highly responsive, is this the one you customized the tracking?
Advice on Auto tracking, PTZ, IP, POE camera.

@test42myhttp, ive got two of em now.. both tracking with external sensors via API calls.

Hey nayr,
I would like to know more about your PTZ and the sensors. The sensor on the gate, is that the same magnetic one thats used on garage doors etc.
So....I'd like to know about the other sensors and this API call. I gather it's plugged into an alarm I/O function on the camera?
Please do tell, I am very keen to get a PTZ but all that I have seen is not that good and expensive.
I dont mind paying AUD$1000 - $1200
I currently use a hikvision setup with a 7608 NVR

go find my automation thread.. I use an external Home Automation system to call API Presets.. all the details are there.
