Im looking for an ip camera to do day and hopefully some night or at least dusk license plate recognition.
These new starlight Dahuas interest me due to their low resolution cropped substream and good low light sensitivity.
My setup is as follows:
3.5m wide entrance
8m away camera mounting point
Need: Due to the location I need it to be PoE and of course weather tight.
Dont mind: whether its fixed or varifocal, I only need to cover the gateway.
Would like: line cross detection, face recognition, email, sd card
Could anyone tell me which models I should be considering or any other brands I should take a look at?
