Adding Multi-Cam Units to IVMS-4200

I have a Hik DS-2CD6D54FWD-IZHS. I had it plugged into a switch and could see all 4 cameras of the unit through IVMS. Today I received my Hik NVR DS-7608NI-I2 and hooked up that same camera unit to it but could only see one of the four cameras. I then hooked up the NVR into the switch and added the NVR to IVMS. I read the tutorial on adding cameras to IVMS via NVR but I just get the NVR folder in the left sidebar of the Main View, no + to open it and configure cameras so no video. I did go into Device Management page then Camera Management for the NVR and modified the IP addresses of 4 of the 8 camera channels to match the IP address of the unit and assigned 4 individual channels to that IP address for each camera but no change.

Any suggestions much appreciated

Not familiar with HK stuff, but maybe it's like Dahua, where you use channel=1 for one cam, channel=2 for the second cam, etc. Like in this 2 cam camera review: Review-Dahua IPC-HDBW4231F-E2-M Dual Starlight Cam

Thanks. I had done that before when I used BI and figured it must be a similar deal but what I did wrong was use the cameras original IP address instead of the IP address assigned to it by the NVR. Now it all works.
