Add camera to NVR after I logged into it directly

I am stuck on something that I suspect is pretty easy to remedy. I am more comfortable with BI than NVRs. I installed 4 cameras before I had the NVR. I logged into to each camera, set a password, and viewed the aim in the web browser and a POE switch. When I received the NVR, I logged into each camera and defaulted it. I then connected the cameras to the NVR. It was able to find 3 cameras and get them an IP (10.1.1.66, 10.1.1.67, 10.1.1.67). I can only get the 4th camera to show in the NVR if I set a static IP and connect a POE switch to an NVR port (not the wan port). I set it as 10.1.1.65. I had it on port 1, then moved it to port 7 via the static IP. How can I get the camera to cooperate directly with the NVR?

hmmm should only be there once. The one showing port 37777 is the one to delete from there
