I have an issue with adding an access control device on HikCentral (v 2.3.0.20241009).
When I tried to add an IP access controller, I received the following error:
Incorrect data transmitted, including data sent to device or received from device. For example, the value input in remote configuration is not supported by the device.{Error code: HCNetSDK.dll[11]}.
The controller is around 10 years old and SW is, I think, the latest one. Is it possible that the controller somehow is not compatible with SW ?
Has anybody had a similar experience ?
