If your DS-2CD2142FWD-I is just an -I model then unfortunately not I'm afraid. It doesn't have the relevant connections to connect the external microphone.
If it's a DS-2CD2142FWD-IS however then it will do, and you can connect a microphone. The same rule applies for most of Hikvision's product line regarding the -S suffix providing audio and/or alarm I/O.
Double-check the product code.
No luck on the DS-2CD2342WD-I front I'm afraid - as far as I'm aware, there's never been an -IS variant of this camera in production.
