Accessing TF card

Hi
I'm hoping someone can help, I have a security camera that has an TF card but because the camera is up high it is difficult to access is there a way to download the files stored on the camera's memory card? The software that i use is ycc365plus and ucloudcam and neither gives me the ability to access the memory and i don't have the funds to save it to the cloud and download from there.

You should be able to open a browser and type in the IP address of the camera and then user/password and access it that way.

Use Explorer and many of the cameras are sensitive to that browser.

Sorry for the silly question but where do i find the ip address of the camera? I brought it of ebay new and have used several software like ycc365plus and eyecam and none have shown the ip address that allowed me to access the memory card
I have a another software which is suppose to go to a DVR but for me to access the camera i need to find out the ip address.

You can log into your router to see what IP addresses are connected to your router or any app like Fing or Who's on my wifi.

Thanks for your help the who's on my wifi worked but when i type the ip address into the web it won't connect i've even put the address into the allow list on the firewall
I may have to find a program like ycc365plus and eyecam that will allow me to access the memory card.
