I just reimaged my PC ( high end model)

I use to get no more than 50% CPU usage with 30 HD cams with BI 4

Now, with same setup CPU usage is piking to between 70 and 95% and I don't know why.

Any clues?

You're going to need to provide way more detail...
Are you running in demo mode?

Provide a screenshot of the tasks in the Windows task manager, ordered by the most cpu time used .
Also after an image is widows 10 applying updates. I have seen it take 12 ++ hours to update a PC after a new image.

remove the radeon video card and make sure hardware acceleration is actually working if your processor supports it. always perform a clean windows install...imagining may cause problems.
