7608 NI-E1 with 2CD2142FWD live prew. fail...

Hi guys,

I have 7608 NI-E1 /A NVR with 6 cameras...
one of them is 2CD2142FWD...

system is working fine....recording is working..

but I have problem with 1 live preview.

2CD2142FWD is not showing video in live preview ( web browser, IVMS...)
It wont show anny error, just black screen....

solution is set lower resolution in main stream.

highest resolution is 2688*1520 -> with this I have no preview in live view. (but recording is fine!!!!) only preview failed.
When I set resolution 2304*1296...live preview start working!!!


Strange is... I have bullet DS-2CD2642FWD-IZS connected to same NVR
main stream has 2688*1520 and there is no problem with live view...

any help??thanks!

What are your iFrame/FPS settings.. I had an issue with one of my cams and changing the iFrame setting to the same as the Frame Rate (10fps in my case) it resolved the Preview issue.

where is iframe setting?

You have to log into the actual camera, through the NVR if you've connected to a POE port.
It's then in one of the configuration pages, don't remember off the to of my head, but probable in the video settings.
