up for sale is a dome 5mp fisheye 30 led ir poe camera. practically brand new, not really happy with the camera as it didn't work with my hikvision nvr (poe in the nvr is not strong enough to power the camera). it was never installed. works with blue iris / works with a poe adapter that can supply enough power.. i'm new here but i can provide you with my ebay id for reference. selling for $115 shipped within the 48 continental US states.

The cam is ONVIF compatible so it should work with Hikvision NVR and power it as well. Which one do you have? Btw, you might want to list the camera specs.

i believe the camera uses more power than the nvr poe port can supply, the hikvision nvr (7608ni-se/8p) cannot power it. it does work when you use it with a poe power injector (tested with blue iris)..

Your title says 360 degree, but the box says 180 degree.

LOL. You of all people should know that 180 and 360 degree are the same thing, only referring to wall vs ceiling mounting.

No, it's not the same thing. A 360 degree camera sees a full 360 all around and a 180 degree camera only sees in front of it really wide. Please correct your title as not to mislead anyone or it will be deleted.

Perhaps you are referring to how it has some cropping along the top and bottom (especially the top)? I guess that would make it less than ideal for 360 degree use...

I'm not talking about cropping. It's not a 360 degree camera. If you put it on the ceiling, can you see all four walls? No you can't cause it's a 180 degree camera.

Yes, of course it could see all four walls. Any 180 degree camera that is 180 degrees in both horizontal and vertical is for all intents and purposes a 360 degree camera when mounted on a ceiling.

On this one the top of the circle is cropped off by the optics (and to a much lesser extent, the bottom is too), so maybe you call it 180 degrees horizontal and 170ish degrees vertical. So maybe it isn't as good of a 360 degree camera as it could be, but it is really close.
