This camera had been running flawlessly for pretty much a year until about a month ago and the signal in Blue Iris stopped on both cameras. The picture would come on for a while on one camera and then go back off. When I logged into the camera interface on the live stream and tried to view the video from the cameras I was able to view the one that would come on and off sometimes but the other one that stopped working completely would show Resource is limited, open video failed in the screen. I searched on Resource is limited, open video failed and wasn't able to find much similar circumstances, one thread mentioned network issues and that the network cable had probably gone bad. I changed the network cable with the same results, tried a different interface on the switch and am getting the same results. I have two other of the same camera that have been running for nearly the same amount of time and are still working normally. Another suggestion in the search mentioned power from the switch. The switch is an Aruba Instant On 1930 8G Class4 PoE 2SFP 124W Switch JL681A capable of 125 watts total power and is only using 16 to 20 watts, so far below the what power is available. Another suggestion that was mentioned was to turn off unused substreams, I am using substream2 and then when triggered BI switches to Mainstream. Iam able to turn off substream1 and save on the camera that gets intermittent signal but when I try and do the same to the camera that gives the Resource is limited, open video failed it doesn't save and then when trying to go into any other settings I am able to click on the menu on the left but it then only show a grey line across the top of the page and no settings. When neither camera will give signal I am unable to log into the camera at all. The setup is as has been recommended by many on here a dual nic on the BI computer and a subnet from one nic to the mentioned Aruba switch and then to the cameras. I have tried importing a saved configuration and rebooting but with the same results. My next step is to reset to factory defaults and see what happens but it requires opening up ceilings and running a separate cable as the network is on a different subnet that factory defaults so was hoping there might be some other suggestions to try.
