Those are really pretty darn good. In order to reduce the very minor blur any more you have to run a faster shutter speed. Doing that though makes the image darker. Its a struggle between the two.
I dont know that you'll get a much better image, though that palm tree is sucking your IR and does effect the exposure of the subjects beyond it.

You should try running it in color and zoom in, i agree with @bigredfish that palm tree is killing your scene because the IR is reflecting back into the camera. I had a similar situation. I replaced my fence and the new fence pickets were reflecting back in to my camera. So i took the suggestion of another member who told someone to put up black paper or paint an area to stop the reflection. So i painted the back of the pickets and the light does not reflect back into my camera.
