it also happens when letting the UI run for a minute, so this is prob not VPP related

another bug or maybe a limitation of BI: one camera, a RL410, keeps going no signal. the hardware NVR and camera's web viewer have no problem. Another camera based on Dahua platform also exhibit this behavior. Maybe the timeout is far too short like half a second. All these cameras stream at below 5Mbps and the compute that BI runs on is a beef 13600k with a 2060rtx so yeah, that pretty much isolates all these problems to BI.
Yolov6 just shut down so might be interconnected. yolov6 ran fine for a few hours.
