[5.6.9.3] Improved multithreading when analyzing multiple main stream images using AI

This was added in 9.3 which is unusual for a minor update...anyone wish to do a before and after comparison? The note says it affects main stream analysis, dont know whether it applies to substream as well.

I just updated to 5.6.9.3 and AI stopped on all my cameras. Had to roll back to 5.6.9.2 to get everything working again
