He means that, unless the firmware update fixes a specific issue that you need to repair -- or -- unless the firmware introduces a new feature which you require/need -- leave well enough alone and do not update the firmware on your camera(s).

Yes, I understand what you're saying, but I currently need a chinese firmware. I want to try to lower the camera with 5.3.6 to 5.3.3

No they don't have English firmware for this camera as it's for the Chinese market only (which is why the price is so good )
