4K Camera - problem getting Blue-Iris to record on trigger

Bought a 4K Amcrest to play with..
Video is ok, not great but having problems getting my Blue-Iris to playback recordings while triggered.
Anyone using a 4k camera yet - and if so - how is it working for you ?

thousands of users with 4k cameras and BI...you will need to be WAY more specific about your issue.
