4.3.8.0 Update Ghosted Motion

Anyone else seeing Ghosted motion on BI 4.3.8.0?

I have LTS cameras using 15fps with Iframe of 15. Seems like this has only happened since new version.
 
ahh thanks Fender. Didn't see that. Hopefully they are working on this. I went back to check video and the video was crap!

Simply revert back. It is not a good idea to update a primary machine on the first release of an update.
