I noticed this a few updates ago...i am using the mobile app to monitor cpu..i havent checked that actual pc...i havent updated to 65 yet..but the notes say there were changes and improvements to low light motion detection so that may have had an impact overall...
I have six cameras running, recording direct to disk. Was about 10-11% before upgrading from 3.60 and still running the same now at 3.66. (on a 3.6 HZ i7 with 16 GB)
