I vote for the swinging gates at 4:00. Seems like something that would happen to me.

I felt really bad for the lady that lost the balloon but the funniest one was the basset hound running with the sign. All I could think of was how small kids on bikes have a flag on the back so they can be seen. But the guy on the motor scooter got what was coming to him.
