The camera worked like a dream the first months, but in the last couple of weeks it once a week lost network connection. when unplugging/plugging the powersupply, it worked for a week again. but now i cant connect to it anymore. cant find it on SADP. when unplugging/plugging the powersupply it turns/spins and goes to the correct position, but cant find it on network. any ideas anyone?
 
Same problem. I believe that in my case the IP-module does not work, and you need to update the firmware. My need firmware:
IPX-8119LV-Auto
Program Version V2.0.1 Build 20160827144412S
Control Version ZoomCam_V1.0.2_build201607111031
Web Page Version 1.1.1 Build 20160827
Plugin Version 2.0.1.45

thx for posting. talked to jack on aliexpress. he told me to send back "black movement" back to china for maintenence... probably bricked firmaware. how can i update firmware when i cant connect to it?
