2 stream setting in Trendnet camera

I just installed a Trendnet camera to replace one of my Hikvision cams that died. While looking through the settings to see if I can do anything to improve the picture quality I saw that there are settings for two different video streams. What is the second stream and do I need to set it any differently from the first?

The second stream is basically the same as the Sub Stream on Hikvision.

You don't need to use it at all. It is for when you have different bandwidth requirements and you need a high quality stream and a low quality stream.
