WE observed this mess in the alley way behind the same boat yard. It was comical at first, then got kinda harsh so our guys notified the local P.D.. The kung fu fighter thought that he could outrun a police cruiser.

I think the dark shirt guy is wearing cowboy boots. Also two things disturbing about that video, 1. how can Guy #1 stay mostly on his feet while plastered and doing roundhouse kicks and 2. I felt like about 12:08 mark we were about to witness a murder-by-choking incident.
