Hello. I'm getting 15GB per day with H265+ and 55 GB per day with H 265. The only disadvantage I noticed is, some partial drawing latencies. Is it worth the stay at H265+?

Black piece is for coordinate reference, all motion area is affected.

I just can't believe the storage difference, there must be a bad side about the H265+. If there is no difference, it's too good to be truth

I haven't had luck getting Hikvision's h.265 or h.265+ to play nicely with VLC. Youtube doesn't seem to care though. Certain NVRs and 3rd party apps don't support h.265 yet either, which would be a reason to stay on h.264.
There aren't downsides to better compression algorithms though.. Just technology advancing.

They only recently added h265 after holding out for their preferred VP9 offering
