12MP Dome Review Feedback Requested

I am planning to purchase the 12MP dome camera from Dahua. It is compatible with my Pro series NVR so no worries there but I need to know:
1. Size - I will be mounting it on 4inch square tubing using a normal size outdoor light box
2. Rain - how does it handle being mounted horizontally in and after the rain?

I will be mounted away from the setting sun and it does have Starlight (I think? at minimum Stavis)

Why don’t you compare the specs between it and say the 2Mp Starlight, that should give you an initial idea.
