1 of 2 camera's out of focus

when viewing and recorded video through Blue Iris, both camera's are Hikvision DS-2CD2232-I5 using poe, the other is working well, ive tried to match settings
but I gota be missing some setting somewhere, when connecting directly over lan the image and video is quite clear.

Welcome to the forum...you are pulling the sub-stream for the second camera. On the blurry camera, in BI, open camera properties>video>configuration, in the video box, set camera to 1...not 2..
This is only used to intentionally view the substream of when pulling streams from dvr/nvr....
