trim ring

Hi all, Does anyone have a trim ring or know where I can get one for the Turrent captioned? I have a fairly new one, but I've never been able to get the ring on. I've have the camera down and in my lap, but even then I cannot get the bugger to go on at all. I attach a photo with the obvious...
