hikvision ptz

Hey there, I have been offered one of this 2 cams DS-2DE7432IW-AE(S5) and DS-2DE7430IW-AE. Is the 7432 newer version of 7430? I see 7432 has higher optical zoom but it has smaller image sensor compared to 7430, also i dont know what the S5 stands for. Anybody got idea? thanx
