hik connect app question

Hello, how do I get alarm notifications (line crossing) on the mobile app. I can view and playback through IVMS 4500 and hik connect mobile apps but am not getting notifications or alarm logs in the app. They are working perfectly on desktop on IVMS 4200. Appreciate any advice
